Refund Policy

1. Refunds processed for canceled tickets are transferred to the passenger's bank account, debit/credit card, or mobile money number used during the booking.

2. All refunds are processed automatically upon ticket cancellation. The passenger's bank may take 5-14 days to credit the amount to their account or card.

3. If the refund is not credited within 14 days from the date of cancellation, passengers are requested to email [email protected] with their ticket/order details and a PDF copy of their credit/debit/Wallet statement (from the booking date to the current date) for support in crediting the refund.

4. No refunds will be provided to passengers who do not report to the boarding point on time (No-Show Passengers).

5. Transaction charges or ticket delivery fees will not be refunded if the customer cancels the ticket.

6. If a bus or service trip is canceled by the bus operator, busbora.co.tz will assist in providing an alternative service (subject to availability). If no alternative is available, busbora.co.tz will refund the ticket amount to the passenger.

7. Amenities such as video, air conditioning, or water bottles mentioned on busbora.co.tz are provided to help passengers make informed decisions. Any claims or refunds due to the non-functioning or unavailability of these services must be settled directly with the bus service provider.
